Castle Sports ships to the United States and Canada.
Castle Sports primarily uses UPS ground shipping for orders within the United States of America. These shipments take 3-5 days to arrive after being shipped. Shipping rates are based off of item weight and size. These shipping rates can be found on the purchase page prior to submitting an order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
UPS is used for shipments to Canada. Duties and Taxes are included at checkout. Shipping rates are based off of item weight and size.
Shipping time estimates are based on orders placed before 2pm (MST) on weekdays (excluding national and local holidays). Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of order confirmation (unless otherwise noted on item's product page).
Castle Sports is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by 3rd parties such as UPS and USPS, or by third party fulfillment or freight services.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days, please reach out to us via email at customerservice@castlesports.com.
If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us via email at customerservice@castlesports.com, or call us at 801-337-9260.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. If you chose local pickup as the shipping option, you will receive an email when your set is ready to be picked up at our warehouse.
